overdue shooting pics. just put them together for my desktop backgrd.

today had HEATS. can skip NP muahaaha.
but i didn't want to skip anyway. cause we were supposedly gonna get our posts today :D..

its amazing how quickly time passes at home compared to how draggy it is during certain lessons. starts with C. okay anyway then went on 158 with zhong yi, bong, benedict, weijie, dylan and jevons.

went to macs. as usual --. benedict, bong and zhongyi bought chicken rice and went to stadium first. bought a frappe from macs then left. and we reached there earlier than the 3 of them..-- they sightseeing or what. waited quite awhile before heats started. was damn nervous... teng lent me his spikes. haha. before running mr.koh was like telling wei jie to own me cause i was wearing spikes --.
got first for my heats.. thought i did pretty well, i haven't sprinted in ages.

zhongyi's high jump is a joke.. ;x he jumped , hit the floor. --. best part is he did it many times XD.

anyway, NP. i wasn't there, so i told vlad and zhi yong to tell me what happened.
there'll be 2 new departments, head of projects and planning? and head of operations, as well as two vice chairmen, 1 for training field and development, the other for admin, mediapub, log..correct me if i'm wrong. haha. then zhi yong told me exco would not be allowed to take up NCOship.

just my views, i feel that though creating two new departments is advantageous, by reducing the workload on the exco members, i feel that barring the exco from NCOship is a wrong move as 1. there will be more people in exco, meaning less leaders among NCOs. 2. if the 2 new depts are to reduce exco member's workloads, then we should be able to balance NCOship as well. 3. what if the NCOs are unclear of anything, would they teach the wrong thing to cadets? or perhaps lead them in the wrong way? 4. some exco members are chosen because of their direct leadership skills, as well as teaching, and not based on planning and organisation, so why not let them use their teaching skills to the advantage of the cadets?

i just feel that the reasons for expanding the exco and barring of exco from NCOship contradict themselves, and i just feel that 1 exco member should be assigned to one squad, to ensure basic discipline is there. they do not have to always be with the squad, but they can keep track of the progress and discipline of the cadets.

just my opinion.

bye(:

waiting isn't fun
