Its funny how a simple game of kicking a ball around can reveal so much about people.

There are the team-players, selfless.
There are the hardworkers, going for every ball.
There are those who always have a smile on their face.
There are those who are never serious,
and there are those who never smile.

There are those who run away from tackles.
There are those who challenge any tackler.
There are those who fall to the ground like a card pyramid.
There are those who fall, and getting up again,
saying 'I'm okay.'

There are those who take their time.
There are those who think that every second counts.
There are those who trust their team-mates,
and there are those who only trust themselves.

There are those who scrutinise every mistake they make.
There are those who repeat their mistakes.
There are those who put their team first.
There are those who put themselves first.
And there are those who have egos that are a size too large for their little frames.


Can't say I didn't enjoy myself,
can't say I did.
